About
Southampton Greenworks is a family-owned business operated by Rob Shave, Jenn Tuff, Rachel Shave, and Zoe Shave. Inspired by the natural beauty of the Saugeen River watershed, Lake Huron, and the Bruce Peninsula, we formed SGW to provide zero-GHG products and services to residents of Saugeen Shores and the surrounding area.
SGW sells bare root, potted, or wrapped native trees and pollinator-friendly perennials from our managed local woodlots. Services include tree planting, garden installation, garden maintenance, lawn conversions, trail building, wander gardens, wetlands, naturalization, and ecosystem restoration. We also do tree pruning and removals. All of our products and services are delivered with zero carbon emissions.
Again in 2024, we are offering interpretive tours of our private walking and fat-bike trails, Mondays in July, August, and September, weather permitting. The tours are $10 per person and last 1 to 2 hours. Children and youth under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. A minimum of 5 people are required per tour. Call to book a date.
Also starting in July this year, we are providing various wood products from our managed forest.
SGW is a member of the Bruce Grey Woodlands Association and the Saugeen Shores Chamber of Commerce.
